Abuja Grill Fest

Hi Guys!

So I am in Abuja for the Public Holiday. I decided to attend the Abuja Grill Fest as this was their first time organizing the fest in Abuja. I read some reviews at the Lagos Grill Fest. Also, my favorite chef Chef Fregz was suppose to be cooking.

We got there around 2pm nothing was happening, people were still setting up for an event that should have started at 12pm. I took some pictures and we went to a restaurant to chill before coming back.

As at the time I left at 4:30pm, there was a fire at a corner, a replacement generator was delivered, the stage was still being setup, Chef Fregz wasn’t around, Wande Coal wasn’t around, EmmaOhMaGod (the Entertainment Host) wasn’t around.

I think this event wasn’t planned well, if as at 2/3pm you are still preparing everything and you also conveniently forget to mention that there was a gate fee on the flyer therefore embarrassing people at the gate. They also forgot that it wasn’t a Saturday and most people would be going back to work the next day.
